原子力教育に過剰計上 交付金42億円、半分使わず via 東京新聞
文部科学省が原子力教育を主な目的として進めてきた自治体への交付金事業で、同省が二〇〇二年度の制度創設から昨年度までの九年間に、教育現場のニーズを大きく上回る計四十二億円の予算を計上し、ほぼ半分が使われていなかったことが分かった。予算が余っても、毎年度ほぼ同額の予算を計上していた。 事業は「原子力・エネルギー教育支援事業交付金」。全国の小中学校や高校を対象に、文科省が都道府県を通じて支給してきた。一県当たり一千万円が上限だが、福井、静岡県など原発立地自治体は増額が認められる。文科省は簡易型の放射線測定器や原発副読本の購入費などへの活用を期待してきた。 続きは 原子力教育に過剰計上 交付金42億円、半分使わず
