5年ぶりコメ再開=「一歩でも進める」-福島県楢葉町の71歳 via 時事通信
東京電力福島第1原発事故に伴う避難指示が昨年9月に解除された福島県楢葉町で、今春から5年ぶりにコメの本格的な栽培が再開され、農家14戸が約20ヘクタールで作付けする。その1人、佐藤充男さん(71)は風評被害に不安を感じながらも、「やらなきゃしょうがない。一歩でも進めなければ」と力強く語る。 19歳の時に父を亡くし、町で農業や畜産を営む一方、第1原発の作業員としても働いた。事故で原発の20キロ圏内が立ち入り禁止となり、家族同然に育てた牛はやむなく殺処分。佐藤さん一家は避難のため親族宅を転々とし、現在は同県いわき市に住む。 町内では、安全性確認のため別の場所で育てた苗を使った実証栽培などは行われていたが、今回は種まきから収穫まで全て手掛ける。再開を決めたのは「仲間がいるから。一人だったらやらなかったかもしれない」と佐藤さん。 福島県内では、原発事故による作付け制限が徐々に解除されている。制限面積は2016年産米で計7800ヘクタールと、13年産米の半分以下に減り、生産は回復傾向だ。一方、放射線の風評被害がいまだに根強く、県は放射性セシウムに関する全量全袋検査を続けている。 […] 全文を読む。

菅元首相に脱原発勇敢賞 独「再生エネ普及尽力」via 中日新聞
【フランクフルト共同】2011年の東日本大震災と東京電力福島第1原発事故の際に首相だった菅直人氏が4月30日、ドイツ西部フランクフルト市などから「脱原発勇敢賞」を贈られた。事故後に日本の脱原発を訴え、再生可能エネルギーの普及に努めたと評価された。 フランクフルトの市庁舎で行われた授賞式で、ドイツのトリッティン元環境相が「菅氏は脱原発と再生可能エネルギー普及の闘士だ」と演説。南西部シェーナウで原発に反対する住民らが立ち上げた電力会社「EWS」の関係者が、菅氏に賞状を手渡した。 続きは菅元首相に脱原発勇敢賞 独「再生エネ普及尽力」
