「公開・自主・民主の三大原則に立ち戻るべき」 前福島県知事・佐藤栄佐久氏に聞く(上) via 日経ビジネスオンライン
(抜粋) 山岡:原発と核燃料サイクルを組み合わせたシステム自体が、途方もない先送り構造のうえに載っていて、おまけに日本は地震国。すがりつくのは危険ですね。 佐藤:昨年、原発建設で揺れる山口県上 関町で話をしました。そのときは、原発を造るも造らないも、あなた方の判断です、私はああしろ、こうしろとは言えないと申し上げた。ただ福島県知事として の経験から、世代間の共生は無理だと言いました。原発を建てた地域は、関連産業で一世代30年は潤う。しかし、次の世代はそこに住めなくなる。原発が二基 もあって、未来永劫幸せな町と言っていた双葉町は、町長の給料も払えないほど財政が悪化しました。同時に莫大な高レベル廃棄物を抱え込んだ。震災前に、で す。 瀬戸内海は、生物多様性が保たれたすばらしいところですが、原発を造ればスナメリは棲めなくなり、農業や漁業は衰退するでしょう。判断は、皆さんでしっ かりしてください、と上関で言いました。近々、伊方原発がある愛媛県で講演をするのですが、今度は、もし伊方原発で事故が起きたら、瀬戸内海の魚は全部食 べられなくなりますね、と言います。福島が、いま直面している現実から、そう申し上げるつもりです。 全文は「公開・自主・民主の三大原則に立ち戻るべき」 前福島県知事・佐藤栄佐久氏に聞く(上)
