全国で４番目、福島原発避難者訴訟が結審　判決は来年３月　京都地裁 via 産経ウエスト

　東京電力福島第１原発事故で避難生活を余儀なくされたとして、福島県などから府内に避難した５７世帯１７４人が国と東電を相手取り、計約８億５０００万円の損害賠償を求めた集団訴訟の口頭弁論が２９日、京都地裁（浅見宣義裁判長）であった。原告側が「責任を認めて」と訴えて結審した。判決は来年３月１５日。原告側弁護団によると、原発被災者の集団訴訟の結審は前橋、千葉、福島地裁に続き全国４番目。 ３月に前橋地裁が国と東電の責任を認める判決を言い渡したほか、今月２２日には千葉地裁が、事故前の生活を壊されたことに対する「ふるさと喪失」の慰謝料を認め、東電に賠償を命じる判決を出した。 京都訴訟の原告のほとんどは国の指示によらない自主避難者。争点は国や東電が津波を予見できたかの「予見可能性」（２）対策次第では事故を回避できたかの「結果回避可能性」（３）避難の正当性－などとなる。 続きは全国で４番目、福島原発避難者訴訟が結審　判決は来年３月　京都地裁
