【たんぽぽ舎発】日本原子力発電(株)東海事業所に「調整運転」自粛を申し入れ via日刊ベリタ
東海第2原発の再稼働中止と廃炉を求める署名実行委員会(代表相沢一正)は日本原電に、 9月20日午後2時、「定期検査作業内の調整運転」自粛を申し入れました。これは、事態が差し迫っているからということでの申し入れではなく、将来に起こるかもしれない事態に前もって釘を刺しておく、という趣旨の行動です。調整運転というのは定期検査の一環と位置づけられていますが、事実上は核分裂連鎖反応と電力生産をする本格運転=稼働と変わらないものです。従って調整運転が始まれば稼働と同じととらえ、調整運転の段階でのストップをかけようと言うわけです。(相沢一正) 続きは 日本原子力発電(株)東海事業所に「調整運転」自粛を申し入れ
「廃炉交付金」創設を要望へ 福島県の原発周辺自治体via asahi.com

原発立地寄付 悪い循環を断ち切ろう via 東京新聞
原発マネー依存の自治体を一概には責められない。過疎地に原発をつくるのは、膨大な都会の消費を賄うためだ。膨らむ危険の代償として、都会から過疎地へ原発マネーが流されるという、もう一つの悪循環があるからだ。 原発が本当に安全で、クリーンなものならば、原発マネーは必要ない。迷惑施設と呼ばれることもないだろう。核燃料をリサイクルするプルサーマル発電や、運転開始後三十年の老朽原発には交付金の加算がある。これらこそ危険と不安への対価にも見える。 続きは 原発立地寄付 悪い循環を断ち切ろう
残った住民にも賠償を検討 自主避難で紛争審via 福島民友

知事、全原発「廃炉」年内に結論 県復興計画で方針via 福島民友
