「ふくしまオルガン堂」閉店へ 風評に立ち向かう農家の思いとは via FNN

東京・世田谷区にある小さなカフェ「ふくしまオルガン堂」。 3年前にオープンした、この店では、福島県産の有機野菜や、畜産物を使った料理を味わうことができるほか、野菜などを買うこともできる。 また、福島県から避難してきた人たちや、消費者らとの交流の場としてもにぎわっている。 佐藤達也店長は「福島の有機農家さんが、丹精込めて作った野菜を、丹精込めて調理させてもらって、お客様が来てくれるというのが、福島の食に対して、間接的に貢献できたかなと、実感が湧いてきたところです」と話した。 中でも、地元の食材にこだわったサラダや煮物、みそ汁などの日替わりランチは大人気だという。 客は、「とても、おいしいです」、「しっかり、お野菜の味がするっていうのがいいですね」などと話した。 ふくしまオルガン堂を経営しているのは、2009年に設立されたNPO(民間非営利団体)法人・福島県有機農業ネットワーク。 およそ100人の農家が所属している。 安心・安全を売りに、消費者や飲食店と関係を築き上げてきたが、原発事故による風評被害で、その信頼関係は一瞬にして崩れ去った。 NPO法人・福島県有機農業ネットワークの浅見彰宏事務局長は「ふくしまオルガン堂の目的というものが、どうしても福島の農産物を、怖くて買えないという人が多い中、農家自身が自分たちの作っているものを、こういうふうに食べてほしい、こう作っているから大丈夫だよということを伝えるための場として作りました」と話した。 このため、店で提供される全ての食材は、出荷前に現地で放射線量の測定を行い、その結果を表示して販売している。 有機農家の大河原 海さんは「(放射線量の)数値もちゃんと測って、なるべく品質のいいものを作りたいというふうに思っていますし、それがやっぱり、お客さんと生産者をつなげる近道なんじゃないかなっていうふうには思っています」と話した。 福島県有機農業ネットワークは、農家との交流会や、郷土料理の試食会など、さまざまなイベントを開催。 信頼回復を目指して、地道にPR活動を続けてきた結果、スーパーや飲食店など、新たな取引先も開拓した。 こうした中、震災から5年の節目を迎え、民間企業からの助成金も切れたことを機に、ふくしまオルガン堂は閉店することになった。 客は「ちょっと、残念ですね」と話した。 惜しまれつつも、3月20日をもって幕を下ろす、ふくしまオルガン堂。 それは終わりではなく、ここで培った交流を生かし、今後は農業体験ツアーなどを通して、福島県に直接、足を運んでもらいたいとしている。 続き、動画は 「ふくしまオルガン堂」閉店へ 風評に立ち向かう農家の思いとは

(CNN) 米ニューヨーク州北部でインディアンポイント原子力発電所を運営する企業エンタジーは5日までに、同原発で昨年12月に発生した稼働の一時停止について鳥の「フン」が原因の可能性があると報告した。 米原子力規制委員会(NRC)への報告書の中で指摘したもので、大型の鳥類が止まり木などから飛び立つ際にしばしば出す排泄(はいせつ)物の痕跡があったという。原子炉の一時停止は3日間続いていた。 放射能漏れはなく、周辺地域に危険が及ぶ事態も一切起きなかったとしている。 報告書によると、ふんが堆積して硬化したものが電線上に形成されれば運転効率を阻害する事例は再三起きているが、12月の一時停止の場合は送電塔の 電線の間に電弧(でんこ)放電と呼ばれる状態が生じる結果になっていたという。これを受け原子炉の安全装置が作動し、稼働停止となっていた。 続きは米の原発の一時停止、鳥の「フン」原因か 電線に痕跡
