日仏の放射能市民団体が共同で日本の避難基準に異議訴え via Aduer Times
(抜粋) 現在、日本政府が採用している年間1mSvの空間線量率は0.23μSv/hである。その値は、屋外・屋内滞在時間と家屋の素材とその減衰率を一律 としている。しかし、屋外で長時間作業に従事する者や、家屋の素材、家屋周辺環境の違い等々からくる変化を反映しておらず、個人被ばく線量(外部被ばくの み)を推計する上で適当な値ではないことがわかった。 さらに、CRIIRADとCRMSは、2012年6月21日に国会を通過した「原発事故子ども・被災者支援法」に基づく被災者保護を訴え、基本方針 策定の遅れを批判している。加えて、対象地域に関しては、内部・外部被ばくを合わせた累積線量で、年間1mSvまたはそれ以下にすることを要求している。 小国地区(伊達市)は、12月14日をもって128世帯が避難勧奨地点解除となった。国内外の研究者、医師、市民団体等が20mSv/yという現在の避難基準を問題視している。 これを受けて、CRMS市民放射能測定所ネットワークの理事、岩田渉氏は、2012年12月21日、こうした「暴挙」により、「福島県、および広範囲に放射能汚染された地域、日本国内の人権状況は、悪化の一途を辿りつつある」として、再び声明を発信した。 CRMSでは、食品及び農作物等の測定、WBC(ホールボディーカウンタ)の測定を受付け、「こどもたちを放射能から守る全国小児科医ネットワーク」による「こども健康相談会」などを実施して被災者の支援を続けている。 全文は日仏の放射能市民団体が共同で日本の避難基準に異議訴え
