SALEM, SC (FOX Carolina) – Hundreds of fire personnel sprang into action after a fire started at the Oconee Nuclear Plant. Thankfully no one was injured and the fire was put out quickly, but it left us wondering how the plant warns and communicates with the public in a worst case scenario.
