寛仁親王妃が復興支援で料理本出版 via ニッカンスポーツ
東日本大震災の被災地復興を支援しようと、寛仁親王妃信子さま(58)が10月、福島県伊達市の食材を使った料理のレシピを紹介する「思い出の先に はいつも家庭料理」(マガジンハウス刊)を出版される。宮内庁を通じて30日、「この本を料理の参考にされた皆さまが、被災された方々に思いを寄せていた だければありがたい」などとする文書を発表した。 信子さまはぜんそくのため2008年12月から約10カ月間入院。退院後は宮内庁分庁舎(旧宮内庁長官公邸)で療養中だが、最近は発作もほとんどなく、近く公務に復帰することも検討しているという。 信子さまの文書によると、伊達市には古くからの知人で同市在住の写真家青柳陽一さんに誘われ、療養の一環として通い始めた。地元産の野菜などを使った料理を振る舞いながら、地域の人たちと交流するうちに病状も回復に向かったという。 その後、大震災が発生。約20年前にも料理本を執筆した経験を生かし、農産物の風評被害に苦しむ地元の人々に恩返しをしたいと執筆を決めた。 続きは 寛仁親王妃が復興支援で料理本出版
