放射能予測 これで稼働できるのか via 東京新聞

(抜粋)  予測では、東電柏崎刈羽と福島第二、関西電力大飯、中部電力浜岡の四原発で、一週間当たりの被ばく線量が一〇〇ミリシーベルトに達する地域が原発から三十キロ圏外に広がった。とりわけ柏崎刈羽では、四十キロ離れた新潟県魚沼市にまで及ぶことがわかった。  この積算線量は、国際原子力機関(IAEA)が定めている住民の避難基準だ。規制委は新しい原子力災害対策指針の素案で、重点区域を三十キロ圏とする考えを示しているが、極めて不十分だ。  実際に福島第一の事故でも、三十キロ以上離れた福島県飯舘村がひどい放射能汚染に見舞われた。その苦い教訓を忘れては困る。住民の安全確保よりも、防災対策の講じやすさを優先させる意図があるとすれば本末転倒も甚だしい。  今回の予測は、山や谷などの地形を考慮していないし、大ざっぱな気象条件を基にはじき出した目安にすぎない。現実に事故が起きれば、風の向きや強さ、爆発の規模によっては放射性物質がもっと遠くへ、もっと異なる方角へ、と飛び散る恐れが多分にある。  重点区域の自治体は、来年三月までに実効性のある防災計画を作らねばならない。規制委は原発再稼働の必須条件としている。  仮に原発から半径三十キロで線引きすると、二十一道府県の百三十五市町村が網にかかる。人口はおよそ四百八十万人に上る。 全文は放射能予測 これで稼働できるのか 日本原子力発電東海第二を抱える茨城県では、最多の九十三万人が対象となる。

【10月29日 AFP】スロベニア唯一の原発、クルスコ(Krsko)原発は28日、冷却水を取水しているサバ(Sava)川の水位が急に上がり大量の落ち葉などによって2次冷却系の効率が下がったため、予防的に手動で発電を停止したと発表した。 発表によると停止作業は問題なく行われ、環境への影響はないという。 (中略) クルスコ原発は2011年3月、原子炉冷却システムの冷却剤が漏れ出して自動停止し、一時的に操業を停止したことがある。2011年4月に定期点検のた め42日間停止し、今年2月には小規模なオイル漏れが見つかり一時的に出力を3分の1に落とした。同原発はスロベニアの電力需要の約40%を担っている。 全文はスロベニア唯一の原発が一時停止、河川の落ち葉などで冷却効率低下
