「防護服」で原発廃止訴え 南アのCOP会場で学生ら via asahi.com

県外避難住民の家賃立て替え、新規停止へ 福島県が要請 via 日本経済新聞
(抜粋) 被災者が家賃を心配せずに避難できるようにする緊急措置だった。震災から9カ月近くたち、年内にも原発が冷温停止状態になる見通しとなり、県は住民が県外に避難を余儀なくされる局面を脱すると判断し、新規受け付けの停止に踏み切る。 制度は、費用を避難先の自治体が立て替え、福島県を介して最終的に国が負担する仕組み。福島県が46都道府県に依頼し、実施していた。 福島県からは現在約6万人が県外に避難、11月16日時点で約2万7千人が制度を利用している。県は今後、自己負担のかからない公営住宅などをあっせんして対応するとしている。〔共同〕 全文は県外避難住民の家賃立て替え、新規停止へ 福島県が要請

都の下水処理施設で高放射線量…避難区域に匹敵 via Yomiuri online
東京都大田区の下水処理施設内の空気中から、毎時約2・7マイクロ・シーベルトの放射線量が検出されていたことが、都の調査で分かった。 計画的避難区域の福島県飯舘村の放射線量と同程度で、文部科学省によると、都内でこれほどの放射線量が検出されたのは 初めて。放射性物質を含む汚泥の影響とみられるが、都は「検出場所は屋内。敷地の境界では問題なく、誤解を招く恐れがある」とし、調査結果を公表していな かった。 都によると、この施設は都下水道局の「南部スラッジプラント」で、都内2か所の下水処理場で発生した汚泥を集めて焼却し、灰を東京湾に埋め立てる などしている。都の5月の調査では、この施設の焼却灰から1キロ・グラム当たり1万540ベクレルの放射性セシウムを検出していた。 続きは都の下水処理施設で高放射線量…避難区域に匹敵
