田村バイオマス訴訟第2回法廷が開かれましたvia ちくりん舎

1月28日福島地裁において田村バイオマス訴訟の第2回法廷期日が開かれました。法廷では双方の提出書類の確認の後、裁判長から原告側が主に訴えているHEPAフィルタの問題は突き詰めていうとどういうことかという旨の質問がありました。それに対して坂本弁護士からは ①設備規模の問題、プレフィルタがないためフィルタの目詰まりしやすい、ダクト内でフィルタ交換すると言っているがスペースが狭いなど、要はHEPAフィルタの性能が発揮できないということだ。 ②今回提出した準備書面に詳しく記載した。 ③被告弁護側からの答弁書で説明資料は概要図であり、原告側からの批判は当たらないと言っているが、それならば詳細設計図を開示して原告側の指摘に対して説明して欲しい。 との発言がありました。 それを受けて、裁判長は被告側弁護士に対して、それでは被告側で設計図をもとに反論しますかとの問いかけがあり、被告側弁護士はそれを了承しました。 次回の法廷期日は3月24日13時10分からと決まりました。 裁判終了後、市民会館で報告集会が開かれました。集会には約30名の方が集まりました。宮城県黒川や石巻市から放射能ごみ焼却の運動をする市民や、飯舘村村会議員の佐藤八郎氏、福島原発告訴団長の武藤類子氏などの出席もあり、この問題への注目が徐々に広がっている感じを受けました。 […] 全文
