福島のJヴィレッジ 7月28日に一部再開 via 日本経済新聞
東京電力福島第1原子力発電所の事故の影響で休止していたサッカー練習施設「Jヴィレッジ」(福島県楢葉町、広野町)の運営会社は13日、施設の一部を7月28日に再開すると発表した。天然芝5面、人工芝1面の計6面のピッチ、レストランが利用できる。宿泊施設は東日本大震災前の約2倍の200室に拡充して再開する。 いずれも4月1日から予約の受付を始める。運営会社の社長を務める内堀雅雄知事は13日の記者会見で「生まれ変わるJヴィレッジで、復興する福島県の姿を国内外に発信したい」と話した。今後、大会が開けるスタジアムやピッチ1面が入る屋内練習場も整備し、2019年4月の全面再開を目指す。 続きは福島のJヴィレッジ 7月28日に一部再開

米山知事「東電信用できない」 柏崎原発ベント地震で損傷の恐れで via 新潟日報
東京電力柏崎刈羽原発6、7号機の重大事故時の排気設備「フィルター付きベント」の基礎部分が、地震で液状化が起きた場合に損傷する恐れがある問題で、米山隆一知事は10日、新潟日報社の取材に対し「聞いていない。そういう情報はきちんと出してもらえないと東電を信用できない」と話した。 フィルター付きベントは原発の重大事故で原子炉格納容器内に蒸気が充満し、その圧力で格納容器が壊れるのを防ぐため、放射性物質をこし取った蒸気を外部に排出する。大量の放射性物質を放出した東電福島第1原発事故の教訓を踏まえた、新たな安全対策の象徴とも言える設備だ。 東電は再稼働を目指す柏崎刈羽原発6、7号機の原子炉建屋外にそれぞれ設置した。県もこの設備を重要視し、柏崎刈羽原発の安全性を検討する県技術委員会で、ベントの性能などについて検証している。 しかし、東電はベントが損傷する恐れが判明したにもかかわらず、県など地元に説明しなかった。8日に開かれた柏崎刈羽原発の所長会見で配った資料に地盤改良工事を行う方針を記したが、その理由について詳しく説明しなかった。 米山知事は「工事をするということは、(液状化で壊れる恐れがあると)とっくに分かっていたはずだ。情報は早く出してほしい」と強調した。 また、柏崎市の桜井雅浩市長も10日、新潟日報社の取材に対し、東電から説明は受けていないとした。「隠したとは思いたくないが、隠したととらえる市民もいる。住民の立場に立ってより細かい情報提供をしてほしい」と訴えた。 […] 全文
