大震災 福島第1原発事故 被災者糖尿病リスク 事故後、6割増 南相馬・相馬via 毎日新聞
東京電力福島第1原発の事故後、福島県南相馬市と相馬市の住民が糖尿病を発症するリスクは、事故前より最大6割も増えたとする研究結果を、英インペリアル・カレッジ・ロンドン公衆衛生大学院や東京大などのチームが英医学誌に発表した。原発事故に伴う生活習慣や職場など生活環境の変化が影響したとみられる。被災住民の生活習慣病の長期リスクが確認されたのは初めて。 調査は、南相馬、相馬両市の住民延べ約2万人が対象。採血や問診などの健診データを使い、原発事故が起きた2011年から14年までの年ごとに、生活習慣病の糖尿病や高脂血症、高血圧を発症した住民の割合が、事故前の08〜10年の3年間と比較してどう変化したか解析した。 […] 調査した東大の坪倉正治医師は「脳卒中や心筋梗塞(こうそく)、がんの発症につながる糖尿病が増えているのは大きな問題。生活環境が変化し、糖尿病など生活習慣病になりやすい住民への対策が急務だ」と指摘する。【河内敏康】 もっと読む。
