高浜原発運転差し止めの発仮処分決定 係争中の原発訴訟に影響 (1/2ページ) via SankeiBiz
■柏崎刈羽など、地元同意にハードル 福井地裁による関西電力高浜 原発3、4号機(福井県)の運転差し止めの仮処分決定は、ようやく具体化の兆しが見え始めてきた原発再稼働のハードルになることが懸念される。福井地裁の 仮処分決定が、各地で係争中の原発をめぐる同様の訴訟に影響し、再稼働に対し地元自治体などの反発が強まる可能性もある。 脱原発弁護団全国連絡会のホームページによると、原発をめぐる同様の訴訟は全国で20数件が係争中。東京電力の柏崎刈羽原発(新潟県)をめぐっても、新潟地裁で運転差し止めを求める訴訟が起こされている。 柏崎刈羽原発の再稼働には、新潟県の泉田裕彦知事も「福島第1原発事故の検証を優先すべきだ」として慎重な姿勢を崩していない。 (略) 原発を持つ電力9社のうち、原発依存度が高い関電と九州電力、北海道電力を除く6社は、15年3 月期連結決算で最終黒字を計上する見通しだ。昨秋以降の原油安で燃料費は下落傾向にあり、火力発電の高効率化や、液化天然ガス(LNG)よりも燃料費が安 い石炭火力の稼働増などによるコスト削減効果を見込む。 しかし原発が再稼働できなければ経営の抜本改善は難しい。再稼 働に向けた準備が最も進む九電川内1、2号機(鹿児島県)の場合、再稼働で月200億円の収益改善効果をもたらすとされる。電力各社の原発再稼働が遠のけ ば、再値上げも現実味を帯び、国民負担が高まる恐れがある。(宇野貴文) 全文は高浜原発運転差し止めの発仮処分決定 係争中の原発訴訟に影響 (1/2ページ)
