文学と文化の教育・研究に携わる皆さまへ(呼びかけ) via 『はだしのゲン』閲覧制限撤回を求める教員・研究者有志のブログ

吉田元所長悼み「お別れの会」=1050人参列、菅元首相も-福島原発で陣頭指揮 via 時事ドットコム
東京電力福島第1原発の事故発生時の所長で、7月9日に58歳で死去した吉田昌郎氏の「お別れの会」が23日、東京都港区の青山葬儀所で営まれた。 東電関係者や親族、友人らが出席し、事故発生直後から約8カ月にわたって収束作業の陣頭指揮を執った吉田氏をしのんだ。一般の人向けの「告別の会」も続い て開かれ、合わせて約1050人が追悼した。 告別の会には、安倍晋三首相や菅直人元首相も出席。事故当時、対応に当たった菅元首相は記者団に「吉田氏の活躍で事故拡大を止めることができた。元気になったら話をしたいと思っていたが、本当に残念だ」と語った。 東電の広瀬直己社長は、お別れの会で「誰もが経験したことのない非常事態の中、事故収束を最前線で指揮し、粉骨砕身の努力を傾けてくれた。奮闘に心から感謝する」と追悼の辞を述べた。事故時に東電のトップだった勝俣恒久前会長や清水正孝元社長も献花した。 続きは吉田元所長悼み「お別れの会」=1050人参列、菅元首相も-福島原発で陣頭指揮 関連記事:福島原発、吉田元所長お別れの会 「誇りと責任胸に刻む」via 東京新聞
