風力購入、過少に設定　電力６社、全原発稼働が前提 via 朝日新聞

【渡辺淳基、上地兼太郎】北海道、東北、北陸、中国、四国、九州の６電力会社が、買い取れる風力発電量を少なく見積もっていることがわかった。原発 を使えば使うほど風力を取り込む余地が小さくなるという特徴があるため、全原発のフル稼働を前提にして買い取りを抑え、結果的に風力の普及を妨げている。 朝日新聞の取材に対し、九州、中国の２電力は原発稼働率を数割減らして見積もれば、３割ほど風力発電の枠を増やせることを認めた。ほかの４電力はどれだけ増やせるかを明らかにしていないが、原発フル稼働を減らして見積もれば風力発電が増える見通しだ。 続きは有料コンテンツの風力購入、過少に設定　電力６社、全原発稼働が前提
