保安院の妥当判断に批判=志賀原発のMOX燃料使用-安全委via Jiji.com

原子力安全委員会の臨時会議が10日開催され、北陸電力が申請した志賀原発1号機(石川県志賀町)でのウラン・プルトニウム混合酸化物燃料(MOX燃料)の使用を妥当とした経済産業省原子力安全・保安院に対し、「東京電力福島第1原発事故後の新しい知見が反映されていない」などと批判が相次いだ。  保安院は原発事故前の基準に照らせば、北陸電には「原子炉施設の運転を遂行するに足りる技術的能力がある」と認定。災害防止についても問題がないとの判断を示し、安全委への意見を求める諮問を行った。  これに対して、安全委の委員からは「事故対応能力も審査する必要がある」などの指摘が続出。会議終了後に会見した班目春樹委員長も「最新の知見を反映して審査しなければいけない」と保安院の姿勢に疑問を投げかけた。 続きは保安院の妥当判断に批判=志賀原発のMOX燃料使用-安全委
