大間原発訴訟原告が控訴 地裁判決の問題性訴え via 北海道新聞
[…] 原告側は地裁で主張した各争点に加え、原子力規制委員会の審査が終わっていないことを理由に、大間原発の危険性を認めず、各争点に対する判断を示さなかった地裁判決の問題性も訴える考えだ。 19日の地裁判決は「規制委による審査中であり、運転開始のめどが立たない現時点で、重大事故の危険性をただちに認めることは困難」とした。原発周辺の海底活断層の存在の有無や火山の影響、使用済み核燃料を再処理して抽出したプルトニウムとウランの混合酸化物(MOX)燃料を全炉心で使う「フルMOX」発電の危険性など、原告側の主張に対する判断を避けた。 全文
