保安院 内部告発を4年半放置 via NHK News Web
原子力に関する内部告発を受け付ける国の原子力安全・保安院が、愛媛県にある伊方原発で起きたケーブルが焼けたトラブルについて四国電力が火災として国に報告しなかったなどとする告発を、4年半にわたり放置していたことが分かりました。 原子力安全・保安院によりますと、平成4年、当時建設中だった四国電力の伊方原発3号機で消火用ポ ンプのケーブルが焼けたトラブルについて、四国電力が火災として国への報告を怠ったとする内部告発を平成18年11月に受けたということです。この告発を 外部の専門家でつくる審査委員会が調査した結果、「ケーブルは溶けた程度で、法律上も国への報告義務はなかった」としていました。その後、告発者が4年半 の間に数十回にわたって再調査するよう電話などで依頼していましたが、保安院は審査委員会に報告せずに放置していました。 続きは保安院 内部告発を4年半放置
<六ケ所村>相次ぐトラブル 目標時期18回も延期 via yahoo.japan (毎日新聞)
