大飯原発:3、4号機の安全評価「妥当」 保安院が初判断 via 毎日新聞
経済産業省原子力安全・保安院は18日、関西電力が提出した大飯原発3、4号機(定期検査で停止中)の再稼働に必要な安全評価(ストレステスト)について、妥当とする審査書案をまとめた。今後、国際原子力機関(IAEA)や内閣府原子力安全委員会の確認を経た上で、政府は再稼働の是非を判断する。しかし、東京電力福島第1原発事故の詳しい原因調査が続く中、再稼働の鍵となる地元自治体の了承が得られるかどうかは微妙で、再稼働の時期も不透明な情勢だ。 安全評価をめぐる保安院の判断は初めて。審査書案は「福島第1原発を襲った地震や津波が来襲しても、福島原発事故のような状況に至らせないための対策が講じられている」と明記した。 関西電力の評価書では、大飯原発3、4号機は、関電の想定より1.8倍大きい地震の揺れ(1260ガル、ガルは加速度の単位)に見舞われても、福島原発事故のような炉心損傷に至らないと評価した。津波は、想定より4倍の11.4メートルの高さのものに見舞われても炉心損傷しないとした。また、原子炉の冷却などに必要な交流電源がすべて失われた場合でも、炉心損傷までに16日間の猶予があると評価した。 続きは:大飯原発:3、4号機の安全評価「妥当」 保安院が初判断
