日立の英原発建設、米大手が外れる方向　建設費の高騰で via 朝日新聞

日立製作所が英国で計画する原発の建設工事の中核から、米建設大手ベクテルが外れる方向になった。建設費の高騰で採算をとりづらくなっているためだ。原発建設のノウハウに乏しい日立には痛手で、着工条件である出資金集めに悪影響が出る可能性がある。日本政府も後押しする原発輸出の行方が、一段と不透明になってきた。 […] 日立は２０１２年に英原子力発電事業会社「ホライズン・ニュークリア・パワー」を買収し、原発を丸ごと輸出する計画を進める。原子炉から建屋、関連施設まで原発全体の建設を統括するのは初めてだ。 そのため米国で原発建設にかかわってきたベクテル、エンジニアリング大手の日揮と１６年に３社連合を結成した。３社連合で設計と建設を引き受け、その中核的な役割をベクテルが担う方向だった。 原発の建設には特有のノウハウや高いリスクがあり、ベクテルに代わるパートナーを見つけるのは簡単ではない。日立の子会社のホライズンが、ベクテルや日本の電力会社などの助言を受けながら建設を直接とりまとめる案も出ている。日立は「各社の分担が変わるだけで、事業への影響は大きくない」（幹部）としているが、建設費が想定より膨らむリスクを、ホライズンが抱えることになる。 […]         全文
