脱原発講演会:「発電コスト、安くない」 大島教授、東電を批判 /石川 via 毎日新聞
原発のコスト問題に詳しい立命館大の大島堅一教授(環境経済学)が13日、金沢市内で講演した。大島氏は原発の発電コストが安いとする電力各社の主 張に反論し、東京電力福島第1原発事故で要した対策費を「少なくとも11兆円以上」と指摘。水俣病の原因企業・チッソが数千億円の債務を負った事例と比較 し、「原発事故は経済と環境に桁違いの打撃をもたらす」と警鐘を鳴らした。 (略) 原発事故後、国が原子力損害賠償・廃炉等支援機構を通じて東電に税投入して経営支援しているほか、東電は廃炉費用を電気料金に盛り込んで利用者から徴収している。大島氏は「原発コストは安いと言いながら、廃炉費用すら自己資金で対処できていない」と皮肉った。 また、東電が事故収拾や廃炉、賠償、除染に多額の費用を要しているにもかかわらず、今年3月期連結決算で経常利益が2年連続の黒字を計上したことを指摘。「事故を起こしても黒字なら、電力会社は原発事故を大きな問題ととらえないモラルハザード(倫理観の欠如)に陥る」と批判した。【中津川甫】 全文は脱原発講演会:「発電コスト、安くない」 大島教授、東電を批判 /石川
