環境省は、ことしの環境白書をまとめ、東京電力福島第一原子力発電所の事故から4年がすぎた今も大量の 放射性物質が最大の環境問題になっているとして、被災地の復興に向けて再生可能エネルギーの導入など環境対策を活用した地域作りを加速させることが重要だ と指摘しています。 ことしの環境白書では、福島第一原発の事故で放出された大量の放射性物質が今も最大の環境問題となっていて、地域によっては依然として高い放射線量が計測されているほか、被災地では人口減少や風評被害など克服すべき課題を多く抱えているとしています。 そのうえで、被災地の復興に向けて、再生可能エネルギーの導入を進めるとともに、発電の収益の一部を避難している住民の帰還に向けた事業に充てるなど、環境対策を活用した地域作りを加速させることが重要だと指摘しています。 続きは環境白書「放射性物質が最大の環境問題」

被爆者75人分カルテ、佐賀の病院で発見 「詳細で貴重」 via 日本経済新聞

 佐賀県の医師や大学教授らでつくる「佐賀医学史研究会」(鍵山稔明会長)は、長崎と広島の被爆者計75人分のカルテを旧佐賀県立病院(現県医療セ ンター好生館)で発見したと明らかにした。病状だけでなく、被爆した克明な状況や死後に病理解剖した臓器の状態も記されている。 原爆に関する資料は、戦後に進駐軍が多くを没収しており、研究会の青木歳幸事務局長は「詳細な記録がまとまって見つかるのは近年では珍しい。人体への影響を研究する上で貴重な資料」と話している。 75人は1945年8月14日~46年1月、当時の県立病院内科を受診した16~59歳の男女。妊婦もいた。カルテには脱毛や皮下出血などがドイツ語と日本語で記されている。放射能被害の特徴的な症状の一つとされる白血球の減少がみられる人もいた。 (略) 病院によると、カルテは原則、専用の倉庫でまとめて保管するが、県立病院に進駐軍の医師が複数回訪問した記録があるため、当時の医師が見つからないよう別に保管していた可能性もある。〔共同〕 全文は被爆者75人分カルテ、佐賀の病院で発見 「詳細で貴重」
