　菅直人元総理は２４日のブログで先の総選挙を含め、東京電力福島第一原発事故からの４年の間に、衆参の国政選挙、さらに都知事選挙があったが、原 発の是非が最大争点になることはなかった、と争点にならなかったことに疑問を呈し、「考えたくないことは考えない。そんなムードに流されている」と考えな いことが最大の問題だと呼びかけた。 （略） 菅元総理は「地震など自然災害は人間の力では発生自体を止めることはできない。できるのは被害を小さくする備え。しかし原発事故は自然災害ではない。人間が原発を作ることから生まれる災害。原発を作らなければ原発災害は生まれない」と訴えている。 菅元総理は「大戦争に匹敵する被害を覚悟してまで原発を使い続ける必要があるのか」と提起したうえで「考えれば結論は誰の目にも明らかだ。考える ことをしなくなっていることが最大の問題ではなかろうか」と原発について、真剣に考えなければならないと、改めて伝発[ママ]の問題を考えるよう提起した。 全文は考えないことが最大の問題　原発で提起
