大田区「政治的」一部除外求める 原発事故 復興写真展 via 東京新聞

 東京都大田区の施設で開催予定の写真展で、区側が主催者に、作品の一部が「政治的」だとして展示を除外するよう求めていたことがわかった。フォトジャーナリストの豊田直巳さん(62)が福島県内で撮った原発事故被害を描く写真展で、豊田さんはすべての作品の展示を求めている。 (山田祐一郎)  問題となったのは、二十六日から区立男女平等推進センター「エセナおおた」で始まる豊田さんの写真展「叫びと囁き フクシマの七年間~尊厳の記録と記憶」。約四十点の展示を予定する。主催する市民団体「大田ネットワーク」によると、区は展示を許可する条件として、福島県双葉町の標語「原子力明るい未来のエネルギー」が書かれた看板の前で、防護服姿の二人が「撤去が復興?」などのパネルを持った作品を除くよう求めたという。  施設を管理する区人権・男女平等推進課は、作品の展示を拒んだことを認め、「作品が若干、政治的だと感じた」と説明する。 (略) 豊田さんは「作品一点だけを取り上げて駄目だとする判断そのものが政治的で、表現の自由や文化を破壊する行為だ」と話し、区側の対応を批判。予定していた全作品の展示を求めてきた。本紙の取材に、同課の担当者は「今後直接、豊田さんの思いを確認した上で、すべての作品を展示できるようにしたい」との考えを明らかにした。  作品に写っていたのは、小学生の時に標語を考えた茨城県古河市の大沼勇治さん(42)。作品が拒否されたことに「原発事故を風化させたくないと思っての行動。その写真のどこが『政治的』なのか」と嘆いた。 全文は大田区「政治的」一部除外求める 原発事故 復興写真展

燃料搬出装置でまた不具合 第1原発3号機、がれき撤去用機器 via 福島民友

東京電力福島第1原発3号機の使用済み核燃料プールから燃料を搬出する装置でトラブルが相次いでいる問題で、東電は18日、新たにがれき撤去用のアームと吸引装置で不具合が見つかったと発表した。詳しい原因は分かっていない。 東電によると、左右ある両方のアームを水平に伸ばした状態で電源を切ったところ、水平の状態を保てず間接部分が曲がってしまうことが判明。左側のアームでは、がれきをつかむ部分が開くことも確認された。 (略) ケーブルを調べたところ漏電が確認されたため、東電は接触したことが要因の可能性もあるとみて調査している。 3号機では今年3月以降、遠隔操作でプールから燃料を取り出す燃料取扱機と輸送容器をつるすクレーンでトラブルが頻発。東電は一連のトラブルを踏まえ、動作確認しながら機器の安全点検を進めており、今回の不具合を発見した。 全文は燃料搬出装置でまた不具合 第1原発3号機、がれき撤去用機器

星埜さん(元福島大学長)原爆体験証言 福島で収録 via 福島民報

広島市の国立広島原爆死没者追悼平和祈念館は、広島に投下された原爆で被爆した福島市の星埜惇(ほしの・あつし)さん(90)の体験をビデオにまとめる。十八日、祈念館の職員が星埜さん宅を訪れ、収録した。 星埜さんは原爆が投下された一九四五(昭和二十)年は十七歳で広島市にある旧制広島高の一年生だった。実家のある呉市に戻るため乗っていた列車で被爆した。翌日、行方不明の友人を探すため爆心地に向かい、惨状を目にした。「本当の荒野だった。鉄筋コンクリートの建物がぽつりぽつりと残っているだけ。中心部の川は死体で埋め尽くされていた」と振り返った。 二十二歳で福島大助手に就き、一九九二(平成四)年から三年間は学長を務めた。市内に移り住んでから六十五年余りの間、県内各地の学校や老人クラブなどで講演し、原爆の恐ろしさを訴えてきた。収録では「生きている限り、体験を語り続けていく」と語った。 全文は星埜さん(元福島大学長)原爆体験証言 福島で収録
