農地転用年内に緩和　田村など内陸５市町村住民の帰還促す　農水省 via 福島民報

農林水産省は１２日、東京電力福島第一原発事故で避難している住民の帰還を促進するため、避難区域を抱える田村、川俣、川内、葛尾、飯舘の５市町村の第一種農地を宅地などに転用できるよう農地法省令を改正すると発表した。１３日から意見公募を行い、年内に改正する。 農地の大半を占める第一種農地は原則として宅地などに転用できず、放射性物質の影響で農業を断念する住民が多い避難区域などでは、新たに農地を活用する 際の妨げになっていた。省令の改正により、各市町村の復興整備計画に従い農地を転用する場合、住宅や工場、再生可能エネルギー施設などの用地として使用す ることが可能になり、雇用の創出などによる住民帰還の加速化につながることが期待されている。 続きは農地転用年内に緩和　田村など内陸５市町村住民の帰還促す　農水省
