【マナマ時事】安倍晋三首 相は24日午後(日本時間同日夜)、バーレーン入りし、首都マナマで夜(同25日未明)にハリファ首相と会談する。バーレーンはペルシャ湾岸6カ国でつく る湾岸協力会議(GCC)の議長国。両首脳は、日本の外相とGCCの閣僚級による戦略対話を早期に行うことで合意。ハリファ首相は、東日本大震災を受けた 日本産食品の輸入規制措置の解除を表明する見通しだ。 日・GCCの閣僚級対話は、民主党政権下の昨年1月、当時の玄葉光一郎外相が中東を訪問した際に合意したが、実現していなかった。両首脳は、日・バーレーンの外務・防衛当局による安全保障対話の新設でも一致する。 日本産食品の輸入規制を解除するのは、GCC諸国ではバーレーンが初。同国は日本から食品を輸入する際、放射性物質に汚染されていないことを示す政府や民間の検査証明書の添付を義務付けているが、これを撤廃する。 続きは湾岸6カ国と早期に閣僚対話=食品輸入規制解除も-日・バーレーン合意へ
[画像有り」福島第1原発汚染水漏えい問題 地盤沈下でタンク損傷の可能性 via FNNニュース
福島第1原発の汚染水を保管するタンクから高濃度の汚染水が漏えいした問題で、東京電力は、問題のタンクが、過去に、地盤沈下で損傷を受けた可能性があることを明らかにした。 原子力立地本部長代理・今泉典之氏は「(タンクが沈下した際に、何らかの損傷や変形が生じた可能性も含めて原因究明している?)はい、結構でございます」と答えた。 この問題は、福島第1原発の敷地内にあるタンクから、高濃度の汚染水およそ300トンが漏えいし、一部が、排水溝を通じて海に流出した可能性があるもの。 東京電力によると、問題のあったタンクは、当初、別の場所に設置されていたが、2011年7月、タンクに水をためる試験をしたところ、地盤がおよそ20cm沈んだため、一度解体したうえで、現在の場所に移して使っていたという。 続きとビデオは福島第1原発汚染水漏えい問題 地盤沈下でタンク損傷の可能性
