除染:被ばく年5ミリシーベルト超で対象に 環境省方針 via Mainichi jp
東京電力福島第1原発事故による放射性物質の除染について、環境省は27日、事故に伴う被ばく量が年5ミリシーベルト以上の地域を対象とする方針を固めた。年5ミリシーベルト以上の地域と年1~5ミリシーベルトでも局所的に線量が高い場所を除染する場合、汚染土壌などの量は福島、宮城、山形、茨城、栃木の5県で、最大2878万立方メートルに上る。汚染土壌などを運ぶ中間貯蔵施設が大規模になることを示しており、立地する自治体との調整は難航しそうだ。 その結果、100%なら土壌などの除去量は、東京ドーム23個分の2878万5000立方メートルになることが分かった。内訳は住宅地や市街地が102万立方メートル▽農地が1742万立方メートル▽森林が875万立方メートル▽局所的な除染39万立方メートル--など。対象面積は福島県の17%に相当する2419平方キロになった。 続きは除染:被ばく年5ミリシーベルト超で対象に 環境省方針 ・英文記事Gov’t to decontaminate areas with radiation exposure of 5 millisieverts or more per year
