再生エネ法案 3党修正合意 via Tokyo Web
民主、自民、公明三党は十一日夜の政調会長会談で、太陽光などで発電した電力の全量買い取りを電力会社に義務付ける再生エネルギー特別措置法案の修正で最終合意した。三党は二十六日までに成立させる方針。再生エネ法案の成立が確定的になったことで、二〇一一年度第二次補正予算、公債発行特例法案に続いて、菅直人首相が示した三つの退陣条件はすべて整ったことになる。 再生エネ法案は来週の衆院本会議で採決し、可決される。再生エネ法案は再生エネルギー普及を目指して、太陽光や風力、水力、地熱などで発電した電気について、電力会社に全量を買い取らせるルールを定めるもの。 続きは 再生エネ法案 3党修正合意
自主避難で東電に賠償請求 400世帯、11億円超

原発事故の賠償請求 手続きの無料説明会 16日・東京 via asahi.com
東京電力福島第一原発の事故を受け、東電に損害賠償を請求する各地の被災者を支援しようと、東京の3弁護士会が16日、手続きを解説する説明会を東京・霞が関の弁護士会館で開く。 政府の「原子力損害賠償紛争審査会」は今月5日、賠償対象などに関する中間指針を発表した。被災者が準備すべき書類や、東電と主張が食い違った際の仲介役となる「紛争解決センター」の仕組みなどを説明した後、弁護士約40人が個別の相談に応じる。 説明会は午前10時半~11時半と午後2時半~3時半の2回で、定員は1千人ずつ。無料で、予約不要。 また、3弁護士会の有志約50人は「原発事故被災者支援弁護団」を結成。紛争解決センターへの申し立てや、訴訟に発展した場合の代理業務などを行う。13日からフリーダイヤル(0120・730・750)で、午前10時~午後5時に電話相談を受け付ける。 原発事故の賠償請求 手続きの無料説明会 16日・東京
原発放出物質対策、時限立法制定を…東大教授提言 via Yomiuri Online
東京電力福島第一原子力発電所から放出された放射性物質の影響を食い止めるには、2、3年間を想定した時限立法と、信頼される新しいメンバーによる委員会の設置が必要とする提言を、東京大学アイソトープ総合センター長の児玉龍彦教授が12日、発表した。 児玉教授は原子炉の熱量などから、放出された放射性物質の量は広島の原子爆弾20~30個分と算定。降り積もった物質は食品や生物を介して時々刻々と広がるため、思わぬ場所で内部被曝ひばくする可能性があり、長期的な影響を予測して対策を打ち出すには、地域の実情に合った徹底的な調査と除染、スーパーコンピューターなど最先端技術を駆使した取り組みを、時限立法と新しい委員会で推進する必要があるとした。 原発放出物質対策、時限立法制定を…東大教授提言
泊原発3号機、来週にも再開容認 道知事「時間かけない」 via Doshin Web北海道新聞
北海道の高橋はるみ知事は12日の記者会見で、定期検査で調整運転中の北海道電力泊原発3号機(泊村)の営業運転再開に対する道の判断について「ゆっくりと時間をかける性格のものではない。お盆休みは関係ない」と強調した。来週にも再開を容認する見通し。 原子力安全委員会が経済産業省原子力安全・保安院の最終検査をチェックする形を取った政府対応に関しては「法的根拠はないが、官邸の強い思いの下で行われたのは評価する」と述べた。 道は、営業運転再開をめぐり道議会や地元4町村の意向を確認中。道議会は、原発問題を話し合う特別委員会を週明けに開催する方向で検討している。 泊原発3号機、来週にも再開容認 道知事「時間かけない」
