「水爆」実験：東海上空のサンプルから放射性キセノン検出 via Chosun online

　6日に北朝鮮が実施した核実験と関連して、東海（日本海）上空で集めたサンプルからごく微量の放射性キセノンが検出された。韓国の原子力安全委員会（原安委）が8日に発表した。ただし、このキセノンが核実験に由来するものなのかどうかはまだ確認されていない。 放射性キセノンは自然には存在せず、核実験や原子力発電所などで人工的に作り打された後、大気中を拡散しながら放射能を失っていく。放射性キセノンは、中 性子の数とエネルギーの状態によって4種類に分類され、その構成比率を分析すれば原発から出たものか、核実験の結果なのか確認できる。 今回は、4種類ある核種のうち、1種類しか検出されなかった。原安委側は「検出された放射性キセノンの量そのものが、普段中国の原発などから拡散して韓国に流入するものと大差ないレベル。 続きは「水爆」実験：東海上空のサンプルから放射性キセノン検出

東日本大震災や東京電力福島第１原発事故に伴う福島県の避難者数が１０万人を下回り、昨年１２月時点で９万９９９１人になったことが８日、県のまと めで分かった。原発避難指示区域からの強制避難者だけでなく、自主避難者も含む。震災から５年近くが経過し、仮設住宅などを出て、帰還や避難先での定住が 進んでいるとみられる。 県によると、避難者数は、県内避難が昨年１２月末時点で５万６４６３人、県外は同月１０日現在で４万３４９７人。住所の届け出がない避難先不明者は３１人だった。 避難者数は２０１２年５月集計の１６万４８６５人をピークに徐々に減少。昨年１月集計では、１２万１５８５人だった。 続きは原発避難者ら１０万人下回る＝帰還や転居進む—福島
