福島第一原発事故について政府は、772人分あるはずの政府事故調調書を19人分しか公開していない。それは、当時の菅政権=政治家たちの対応の失敗が明らかになるだけではなく官僚機構の不作為まで白日の下に晒されるのを霞が関の役人たちが避けたいからではないか。 国民の安全より保身を優先する役人体質が顕著に現われたのは、2011年4月に海へ汚染水を放出した後のモニタリングだった。 (略) 細野豪志・首相補佐官(当時)の調書には各省庁の対応が詳らかにされている。 <ところが、(緊急時の放射線モニタリングを担当する)文部科学省は一切やる気がないと。水産庁に言ったら水産庁は、そんなところの魚は食べないの で、食べない魚は測りませんと言ったんです。では海上保安庁に測ってくれと言ったら、海上保安庁には釣り竿がないと、船はあるけれども> 会議に集まった全員が押し付け合いだった。一度解散し、翌日もう1回集まったが、<また同じ状態だった>(細野調書)という。 同氏の調書には見逃せない記述がある。 <厚生労働省も呼んだんです。(厚労省職員が)そんな放射性物質を含んでいる水のところに行ったら健康によくないとかいう話まであって、それで(厚 労省は)基準を作れとか何とかと言ったのだけれども、基準を作っている時間はないのでとにかく測ってくれと言って、水だけ取って> 役人たちは、自分たちが水を採取しに行くのも嫌だといいながら、国民には「健康に影響ない」と言い続けていたのである。 ※週刊ポスト2014年11月7日号 全文は原発汚染水放出後のモニタリング 水産庁も海保も責任逃れ

電気料金下がるとしても泊再稼働「認めず」4割 全道世論調査 via 北海道新聞
北海道新聞社が行った全道世論調査で、北海道電力が泊原発(後志管内泊村)を再稼働すれば、電気料金を下げると説明していることに関して「電気料金が下が るとしても、再稼働は認められない」との回答が41%に上り、「電気料金が下がるなら、再稼働は認めてもよい」の23%を大きく上回った。ただ「どちらと もいえない」も35%で、判断に迷う姿も浮かび上がった。 続きは電気料金下がるとしても泊再稼働「認めず」4割 全道世論調査
