中間貯蔵施設候補地「使用可能」で評価へ via NHK News Web

福島県内の除染で出た土などを保管する中間貯蔵施設を巡って、政府は避難区域にある候補地の土地を地権者から買い取る場合、「将来、避難指示が解除され、使用できるようになる土地」と評価して、補償額を決める方針を固めました。 中間貯蔵施設について、政府は東京電力福島第一原発周辺の双葉町、大熊町、楢葉町の3つの町の避難区域にそれぞれ建設したいとしていて、町が建設を受け入れれば、合わせておよそ18平方キロメートルを地権者から取得して国有化する方針です。 政府関係者によりますと、地権者は2000人から3000人程度に上るとみられるということです。政府は地権者への補償について検討を進めた結果、買い取る土地について「将来、避難指示が解除され、使用できるようになる土地」と評価して、補償額を決める方針を固めました。 ただし、評価にあたっては「震災や放射性物質などの影響の度合いを考慮する」としていて、減額される見通しだということです。 減額分を考慮して、政府は東京電力からの土地などへの賠償とは別に補償を支払ううえ、その金額にも賠償の状況は影響されないとする方針です。 続きは中間貯蔵施設候補地「使用可能」で評価へ
