菅直人氏「原発事故で放射能に国土の一部占領された」via アメーバニュース
(抜粋) 菅氏は11月16日に、静岡県・湖西市の三上元市長と城南信用金庫の吉原毅理事長を招いた原発集会が行われたことを報告。三上氏は元経営コンサルタント であり、原発を損益計算の視点から「原発はコストが最も高い」ことを説明。吉原氏は「お互いが助け合う」ことが目的である信用組合の理念に原発が反するこ とを話したという。 三上・吉原両氏が「脱原発」を唱えたことについて菅氏は「原発ゼロは市民運動や左翼系の人が中心と見られていたが、保守系の立場の人からも原発ゼロの声が広がり始めた」と説明。小泉純一郎元首相が「脱原発」を訴えている影響大きいと考えているようだ。 菅氏は東京電力福島第一原発事故について「放射能に国土の一部を占領された福島原発事故」と表現。「『保守』の人こそ、自然や国土を守る立場で奮起してほしい」と「保守層」と呼びかけている。 全文は菅直人氏「原発事故で放射能に国土の一部占領された」

岩手県、21億円の原発ADR申し立てへ via 読売新聞
岩手県は18日、東京電力福島第一原発事故に伴う2011~12年度の損害賠償請求額のうち、東電と合意に至っていない21億196万円について、国の原子力損害賠償紛争解決センターに来年1月、裁判外紛争解決手続き(ADR)を申し立てると発表した。 県によると、都道府県単位での申し立ては初めて。 県は昨年1月以降に計4回、総額66億2515万円の損害賠償を東電に請求。牧草地の除染費(26億4483万円)などで支払い合意に達したが、汚染牧草や稲わらの一時保管費用(13億1071万円)や、原発事故の対応で生じた人件費(5億1700万円)などは交渉が進展せず、申し立てに踏み切ることにした。 全文はこちら。
