東京電力福島第1原発の事故で避難している住民の帰還に向けて、各省庁の被ばく防護などの政策を評価する原子力規制委員会の有識者会合で実施が決 まった住民への聞き取り調査が、事前に撤回されていたことが分かった。避難住民に代え、親しい地元首長らに聞き取りをするよう田中俊一委員長が会合後に事 務局に指示していた。透明性、中立性を掲げてきた規制委の運営に反するとして、有識者委員から反発の声が上がっている。 会合は8月、除染や個人線量計の配布など、住民の被ばく線量を低減させる政府の放射線防護策を評価する目的で規制委が設置。規制委の中村佳代子委員を担当とし、被ばく医療の専門家ら5人の外部有識者を招いて9月から議論を始めた。 会合は公開でこれまでに3回開催した。有識者委員らは、復興庁の調査で「帰還しない」「戻るか判断でき ない」と答えた避難住民が自治体によって最大9割に上ることなどを重大視。住民が帰還を考慮するにあたり、現在の各省庁の施策では不十分とみて、住民の声 を聞く機会を設けることを提案した。 続きは 福島原発:規制委員長が住民聴取拒む 被ばく防護策評価
脱原発団体にサイバー攻撃 33団体に計253万通の一斉メール via 朝日新聞
脱原発団体にサイバー攻撃 一斉メール253万通 反原発や脱原発を訴える全国の市民団体に9月中旬から11月上旬にかけて大量のメールが一斉に送りつけられ、朝日新聞が調べたところ少なくとも33 団体に253万通以上届いたことがわかった。専用のプログラムを使って操作された可能性が高く、特定の市民団体を狙った日本初のサイバー攻撃とみられる。 脱原発弁護団全国連絡会の共同代表で、市民団体の代理人の海渡雄一弁護士は、活動を妨害したとして、威力業務妨害容疑で刑事告訴を検討していることを取材に明らかにした。 サイバー攻撃が確認されたのは、首都圏反原発連合(東京)など反原発・脱原発を訴える32の市民団体と「女たちの戦争と平和資料館」(東京)の計33団体。 攻撃は9月18~19日に一斉に始まり、30日までの13日間で計210万通以上のメールが送りつけられた。「反原発教徒を皆殺しにしなければ世界平和はやってこない」といった文言が書かれたメールもあった 全文は 脱原発団体にサイバー攻撃 33団体に計253万通の一斉メール
