東京電力福島第1原発事故で損害を受けたとして、福島県浪江町の住民約1万1千人が29日、東電に対し町内全域の除染や慰謝料の増額を求め、原子 力損害賠償紛争解決センターに裁判外紛争解決手続き(ADR)を申し立てた。法的責任を認めて謝罪することも求め、町が代理人を務める。 弁護団によると、申し立てたのは40都道府県と国外に避難している約4800世帯の町民で、全町民の半数以上に当たる1万1602人。町内全域の放射線量を事故前のレベルまで下げることや、現在は1人当たり月10万円の慰謝料を35万円に増額することを求めている。 続きは1万人超がADR申し立て 町が代理人、福島・浪江
