経済産業省原子力安全・保安院は１８日、関西電力が提出した大飯原発３、４号機（定期検査で停止中）の再稼働に必要な安全評価（ストレステスト）について、妥当とする審査書案をまとめた。今後、国際原子力機関（ＩＡＥＡ）や内閣府原子力安全委員会の確認を経た上で、政府は再稼働の是非を判断する。しかし、東京電力福島第１原発事故の詳しい原因調査が続く中、再稼働の鍵となる地元自治体の了承が得られるかどうかは微妙で、再稼働の時期も不透明な情勢だ。 　安全評価をめぐる保安院の判断は初めて。審査書案は「福島第１原発を襲った地震や津波が来襲しても、福島原発事故のような状況に至らせないための対策が講じられている」と明記した。 　関西電力の評価書では、大飯原発３、４号機は、関電の想定より１．８倍大きい地震の揺れ（１２６０ガル、ガルは加速度の単位）に見舞われても、福島原発事故のような炉心損傷に至らないと評価した。津波は、想定より４倍の１１．４メートルの高さのものに見舞われても炉心損傷しないとした。また、原子炉の冷却などに必要な交流電源がすべて失われた場合でも、炉心損傷までに１６日間の猶予があると評価した。 続きは：大飯原発：３、４号機の安全評価「妥当」　保安院が初判断

拡散予測先に米軍へ　住民公表９日遅れ via 東京新聞

文部科学省の渡辺格科学技術・学術政策局次長は十六日、福島第一原発から放射性物質がどう拡散するか緊急時迅速放射能影響予測ネットワークシステム（ＳＰＥＥＤＩ）による試算結果を、事故直後の昨年三月十四日、外務省を通じて米軍に提供していたことを明らかにした。 　試算結果が公表されたのは、米軍への提供より九日も遅い三月二十三日のことだった。公表が遅れたため、住民の避難が遅れ、放射性物質が拡散する方面に避難した人もおり、無用の被ばくを招いたと批判されてきた。その一方で、米国側には早い段階で連絡していたことになる。 続きは拡散予測先に米軍へ　住民公表９日遅れ
