電力:供給力に不信感 「原発再稼働狙った過小評価では」via Mainichi jp
電力大手の需給計画を巡り、揚水発電以外についても、実際の供給力が計画を上回る可能性が指摘されている。背景には「原発を再稼働させたい電力会 社は供給力を低く見積もっているのではないか」(野党議員)との疑念があり、経済産業省への不信感を強める菅直人首相も供給力の洗い直しを指示。経産省な どは「使える設備は供給力に織り込んだ」と反論している。 経産省によると、火力と水力の発電能力を示す09年度の設備容量は計1.92億キロワット。これに対し、夏の最大需要は1.7億~1.8億キロ ワットで「原発なしでもまかなえる」(福島瑞穂・社民党党首)との指摘もある。だが、火力は定期的に検査が必要で、水力も夏に水量が減少するため「設備容 量通りに供給できない」(電気事業連合会)。海江田万里経産相は25日の参院予算委員会で「供給できるのは約1.57億キロワット」と説明した。 続きは電力:供給力に不信感 「原発再稼働狙った過小評価では」
