『福島原発事故の現状について 京都大学原子炉実験所ゼミ』

 18日の午後に大阪府熊取町の京大原子炉実験所事務棟会議室で「チェルノブイリ原発事故から25年」をテーマにした「第一一〇回原子力安全問題ゼミ」があり、私も参加しました。参加者は、研究者、市民、報道関係者など一〇〇人ほどで、主催は、原子力安全研究グループ(世話人・小出裕章)です。  同ゼミは当初、旧ソ連の原子力開発に伴う調査研究のまとめの報告会だったのですが、福島第一原発で大事故が起こったので急遽、福島原発事故、スリーマイル島原発二号炉事故(九六万kW、アメリカ。一九七九年三月二八日)、チェルノブイリ原発四号炉事故(一〇〇kW、旧ソ連ウクライナ共和国。一九八六年四月二六日)の報告も冒頭に追加されました。  小出裕章氏(京都大学原子炉実験所)が「福島原発事故の現状について」、海老沢徹氏(原子力安全研究グループ。元京大原子炉実験所教員)が「スリーマイル島原発二号事故の概要」、今中哲二氏(京都大学原子炉実験所)が「チェルノブイリ原発事故の概要」についてそれぞれ報告しました。  三氏はいずれも福島第一原発の事故がすでにスリーマイルを越え、チェルノブイリに近づいていること、ほとんどデータ–が公表されていないこと、被曝を受けながら懸命な作業で放水が続けられているが、最悪の事態に進むのを少し遅らせることにしかならず根本的な解決になっていないと指摘し、それぞれの事故にも言及し、資料を示しながら報告しました。 続きは『福島原発事故の現状について 京都大学原子炉実験所ゼミ』から。
