<福島原発事故>廃炉・賠償20兆円へ 従来想定の2倍via YAHOO!ニュース

[…] 政府の従来の想定は、賠償=5.4兆円▽除染=2.5兆円▽汚染土を保管する中間貯蔵施設の整備=1.1兆円▽廃炉=2兆円の計11兆円となっていた。 新たな試算は、賠償が約8兆円、除染が4兆~5兆円程度に膨らむ見通し。廃炉も従来の2兆円が数兆円規模で拡大する公算が大きい。中間貯蔵施設の整備費は変わらないが、全体では20兆円を上回る見込みとなった。 政府の従来想定は2013年末時点に見積もったが、賠償や除染の対象が増加している。廃炉も原発内に溶け落ちた核燃料(燃料デブリ)の取り出し費用などが拡大。経産省は既に現状で年800億円の費用が年数千億円程度に達するとの試算を明らかにしている。 費用の工面について、政府はこれまで、賠償は国の原子力損害賠償・廃炉等支援機構がいったん立て替え、東電を中心に大手電力が最終的に負担金を支払い▽除染は国が保有する東電株の売却益を充当▽中間貯蔵施設は電源開発促進税を投入▽廃炉は東電が準備--との枠組みを示してきた。 政府は、賠償費の増加分について、原子力損害賠償・廃炉等支援機構の立て替え増額を検討。これとは別に、大手電力や新電力が送電会社の送電線を利用する料金への上乗せも検討している。この料金は政府の認可制となっており、最終的に電気料金に転嫁される。 […]     もっと読む。
