原発の「安全神話」訴訟和解 – 東電１１００万円支払い via マイナビニュース

東京電力福島第１原発事故でホテル経営が損害を受けたのは、原発は絶対安全という「神話」に頼って対策を怠ったためとして、茨城県北茨城市の男性 （９０）が、国と電力９社に約２８００万円の損害賠償を求めた訴訟が、福岡地裁（高橋亮介裁判長）で和解していたことが２６日、分かった。 東電が事故による損害と認め、和解金１１００万円を支払う。残る８社と国に対する請求は男性側が取り下げた。 続きは原発の「安全神話」訴訟和解 – 東電１１００万円支払い
