After forming govt in Delhi, AAP reaches out to anti-Kudankulam protesters via Indiatoday

After forming government in Delhi, looks like AAP is reaching out to other states also by picking up the local issues. AAP’s support to anti-Kudankulam protests could turn political. AAP’s Prashant Bhushan held meeting with anti-Kudankulam protests leader SP Udayakumar in Idinthakarai on Sunday.

He also addressed a public meeting. Sources say that Bhushan has urged Udayakumar to attach himself to AAP and contest in 2014 Lok Sabha elections. However, anti-kudankulam protesters are yet to take a decision. By this move, AAP could get at least four constituencies in Kanyakumari, Tuticorin and Nagercoil. The fishermen community in the area are supporting anti-Kudankulam protests.
