東電へ７７０億円融資継続へ　銀行団が本格調整 via msn.産経ニュース

　１０月末に返済期限を迎える東京電力向けの約７７０億円の融資について、三井住友銀行など２８金融機関が借り換えに応じる方向で本格調整に入った ことが２８日、分かった。ほとんどの銀行が融資を継続する意向をみせており、東電と金融機関は１０月中旬までの最終合意を目指す。 東電が２７日に、柏崎刈羽原子力発電所６、７号機（新潟県）の再稼働に向けた安全審査を原子力規制委員会に申請。これを受けて来年度以降の収支改善にも一定の見通しがつき、金融機関側が融資を継続しやすくなっていた。 東電は１２月にも、大手行や日本政策投資銀行などに３０００億円程度の新規融資を求める方針だ。 （略） 東電は福島第１原発事故をめぐる賠償や除染、原発の廃炉などに巨額の費用負担が見込まれる。一連の融資が実行されることで当面の資金繰りにはめどがつき、経営の安定性を高めることができそうだ。 全文は東電へ７７０億円融資継続へ　銀行団が本格調整

　東 京電力は28日午前、福島第１原子力発電所の汚染水から放射性物質を取り除く新型浄化装置「ＡＬＰＳ」で不具合が発生し、運転を停止したと発表した。 ＡＬＰＳは汚染水問題の切り札とされているが、腐食の発生などトラブルが相次ぎ、本格稼働が遅れている。今回も27日午前０時すぎに試験運転を始めたばか りだった。 　汚染水から取り除いた放射性物質をタンクから排出する部分で問題が生じた。放射性物質を含む泥状の沈殿物を流し出す仕組みだが、出口での沈 殿物の排出流量が減少していた。沈殿物の詰まりなどが考えられるが、原因は不明という。不具合の理由がわかるまでＡＬＰＳの運転を停止する。 （略） 　汚染水問題の解決には浄化が不可欠で、政府はＡＬＰＳの９月中の稼働を求めていた。 　ＡＬＰＳは現在、３基あり、最も新しく試験運転をしていなかった１基を27日に動かし始めた。 　汚染水は毎日400トンずつ増え、いまはタンクなどに約35万トンたまっている。ＡＬＰＳの本格稼働が遅れれば、汚染水処理計画が狂い、問題は深刻化する。 全文は 汚染水の新型浄化装置、再び運転停止　福島第１原発 関連記事：福島第１原発の汚染水処理、１日足らずで停止＝東電 via The Wall Street Journal
