東電へ770億円融資継続へ 銀行団が本格調整 via msn.産経ニュース
10月末に返済期限を迎える東京電力向けの約770億円の融資について、三井住友銀行など28金融機関が借り換えに応じる方向で本格調整に入った ことが28日、分かった。ほとんどの銀行が融資を継続する意向をみせており、東電と金融機関は10月中旬までの最終合意を目指す。 東電が27日に、柏崎刈羽原子力発電所6、7号機(新潟県)の再稼働に向けた安全審査を原子力規制委員会に申請。これを受けて来年度以降の収支改善にも一定の見通しがつき、金融機関側が融資を継続しやすくなっていた。 東電は12月にも、大手行や日本政策投資銀行などに3000億円程度の新規融資を求める方針だ。 (略) 東電は福島第1原発事故をめぐる賠償や除染、原発の廃炉などに巨額の費用負担が見込まれる。一連の融資が実行されることで当面の資金繰りにはめどがつき、経営の安定性を高めることができそうだ。 全文は東電へ770億円融資継続へ 銀行団が本格調整

汚染水の新型浄化装置、再び運転停止 福島第1原発 via 日本経済新聞
東 京電力は28日午前、福島第1原子力発電所の汚染水から放射性物質を取り除く新型浄化装置「ALPS」で不具合が発生し、運転を停止したと発表した。 ALPSは汚染水問題の切り札とされているが、腐食の発生などトラブルが相次ぎ、本格稼働が遅れている。今回も27日午前0時すぎに試験運転を始めたばか りだった。 汚染水から取り除いた放射性物質をタンクから排出する部分で問題が生じた。放射性物質を含む泥状の沈殿物を流し出す仕組みだが、出口での沈 殿物の排出流量が減少していた。沈殿物の詰まりなどが考えられるが、原因は不明という。不具合の理由がわかるまでALPSの運転を停止する。 (略) 汚染水問題の解決には浄化が不可欠で、政府はALPSの9月中の稼働を求めていた。 ALPSは現在、3基あり、最も新しく試験運転をしていなかった1基を27日に動かし始めた。 汚染水は毎日400トンずつ増え、いまはタンクなどに約35万トンたまっている。ALPSの本格稼働が遅れれば、汚染水処理計画が狂い、問題は深刻化する。 全文は 汚染水の新型浄化装置、再び運転停止 福島第1原発 関連記事:福島第1原発の汚染水処理、1日足らずで停止=東電 via The Wall Street Journal
