全国50基廃炉なら「特損1.7兆円以上」 超党派議連 via 朝日新聞
超党派の国会議員61人でつくる「原発ゼロの会」は、原発の廃炉を進めるための2法案の骨子案を策定し、30日公表した。法案提出に向け、与野党に意見を求める。 骨子案は、廃炉を決めた場合に国民や電気事業者の負担を減らすことが目的の法案と、周辺地域の振興を図る特措法案。電気事業者が廃炉に必要な費用を賄えるように、交付金の交付や借り入れの債務保証をする指定法人を置くことなどを盛り込んだ。 全文はこちら。
