2011年07月01日 福島原発事故は広島原爆20個分の放射性物質を飛散させた。もはや「どこが安全か」という議論をしている時ではない。線量をきめ細かく測り、高い所から表土を取り除くなど効果的に除染することが急務だ。飛散は一過性で、除染でかなり減らせる。微粒子なので一律には舞い落ちていない。高濃度の場所は、県全体でも自治体の中でも、個々の校内でも存在する。 福島県内での測定の経験では、平均で毎時0・5マイクロシーベルトの幼稚園で、雨どいや滑り台の下などは5~10倍になった。園内にミニホットスポットが存在する。 幼いほど放射線の影響を強く受けるので、除染の優先順位が高いのは保育園と幼稚園だ。続いて小中高。子どもが接触する所の除染を急ぎ、各 地域、各施設で安心できる空間をつくる。妊婦や病気の人にも放射線がかからないよう努める。室内を毎時0・1マイクロシーベルト以下にするのが目安だ。 続きは測定と除染を急げ/児玉龍彦東大教授に聞く ◇ 当サイト既出関連記事: ・2011.07.27 国の原発対応に満身の怒り – 児玉龍彦 (衆議院厚生労働委員会)
