４０年超美浜原発３号機 再稼働前に反対住民ら仮処分申し立て via NHK News Web

福井県にある美浜原子力発電所３号機が、２３日、全国の原発で初めて運転開始から４０年を超えて再稼働するのを前に、反対する福井県の住民などが設備の経年劣化によって想定外のトラブルが起きる危険があると主張して、運転しないよう求める仮処分を大阪地方裁判所に申し立てました。 運転開始から４０年を超えた関西電力・美浜原発３号機は、２３日、１０年ぶりに再稼働する予定で、福島第一原発の事故後、４０年を超える原発が運転されるのは全国で初めてとなります。この再稼働に反対する福井県若狭町に住む男性など９人が、２１日、設備の経年劣化によって想定外のトラブルが多発する危険があると主張して、運転しないよう求める仮処分を大阪地方裁判所に申し立てました。申し立てでは、国の原子力規制委員会が審査で最長６０年まで運転延長できると認めたことについて、原発という巨大施設の設備や備品のすべてが安全かどうか検査するのは不可能だと主張しています。 続きは４０年超美浜原発３号機 再稼働前に反対住民ら仮処分申し立て
