原子力規制委員会は23日、中国電力に貸していた島根原発のテロ対策施設に関する機密文書を、同社が2015年に誤って廃棄していながら、今月まで報告していなかったことを明らかにした。廃棄の隠蔽（いんぺい）とみられかねないが、同社の担当者は「機密情報の漏えいには当たらず、報告の必要はないと考えていた」と話している。 　規制委などによると、機密書類にはテロ対策施設に航空機が衝突した場合の影響を計算するための手法などが記されていた。 （略） ところが、島根原発に勤める同社幹部が15年7月に誤ってシュレッダーで廃棄したにもかかわらず、規制委には報告していなかった。規制委が今年3月、電力各社に機密文書の管理簿を作成してもらい、毎年報告を求める仕組みを導入。報告期限だった今月になって報告し、今回の事態が発覚した。【塚本恒】 全文は中国電力、島根原発の機密文書を誤って廃棄　規制委に報告せず
