大熊町の避難解除決定へ 政府、福島原発立地で初 via 日本経済新聞

2011年3月の東京電力福島第1原子力発電所事故による全町避難が続く福島県大熊町について、政府の原子力災害対策本部は5日、一部地域の避難指示を10日に解除することを正式決定した。除染により放射線量が低下したなどとしている。第1原発が立地する同県双葉町、大熊町での避難解除は初めて。 (略) 避難解除の対象は、3種類ある避難区域のうち、居住制限区域と避難指示解除準備区域。対象面積は町全体の約38%を占めるが、3月末時点の住民登録は138世帯367人で、町の人口1万341人の約3.5%に当たる。放射線量が高い帰還困難区域の避難指示は継続する。 町は新しい役場庁舎を解除対象地域に整備して14日に開庁式を行い、5月から業務を始める。 大熊町の一部地域の避難解除を巡っては3月26日、原子力災害現地対策本部が提案し、町が同意して事実上、決定していた。政府は解除理由として、復興公営住宅や仮設商業施設の整備が進んでいることなども踏まえたとしている。〔共同〕 全文は大熊町の避難解除決定へ 政府、福島原発立地で初
