ジェトロ、福島で酒の輸出商談会 風評の払拭目指す via 日本経済新聞

日本貿易振興機構(ジェトロ)は福島市で酒類の輸出商談会を10月9日に開く。海外から欧米やアジアの8カ国12社が参加する。 (中略)  日本側は福島、岩手、宮城、山形、新潟の5県から19社が参加する。このうち大七酒造(福島県二本松市)や花春酒造(同県会津若松市)など 福島県内の企業が12社と最多を占める。日本と外国の企業の双方から希望を募り、個別の商談を設定する。25件程度の商談成立を目標にする。  政府は日本酒と焼酎を「国酒」と位置付けて輸出を強化しており、ジェトロの商談会もその一環。原発事故で各国は日本産食品の輸入を制限しているが、「酒類は比較的規制が緩い」(ジェトロ福島)という。 全文はジェトロ、福島で酒の輸出商談会 風評の払拭目指す

【原発】補償打ち切り ~経産省と東電による方向づけ~ via 語られる言葉の河へ

(1)進む避難区域再編と補償打ち切り 今年4月から、避難区域の再編が矢継ぎ早に実施されている。計画的避難区域が3区域(①避難指示解除準備区域、②居住制限区域、③帰還困難区域)に再編された。主眼は、「帰還」を促す点にある。3区域は、帰還までにに要する時間の違いによって分かたれた。 避難指示が解除されれば、避難によって生じていた被害はなくなる。よって、補償を打ち切る。・・・・というロジックが底にある。 ある程度まとまった「手切れ金」を払って、補償を終わらせていくのだ。 今年7月下旬、経産省と東電によって、「手切れ金」の詳細が発表された。経産省が補償の「考え方」を示し、東電が具体的な基準を公表するかたちをとっている。 区域再編と補償打ち切りは、政府の「事故収束」宣言(昨年12月16日)に端を発する。 (2)帰還をうながす「アメとムチ」 政府は、「事故収束」宣言以降、かなり強引に住民の帰還を推し進めようとしている。補償打ち切りも、その中に位置づけられる。これは、「復興」施策と連動している。 (中略) (3)加害者「主導」の補償打ち切り 原賠法によれば、原子力損害賠償紛争審査会が被害補償に関する「一般的な指針」を策定することになっている。昨年8月以来、紛争審の指針を踏まえて東電が独自の補償基準を作成し、請求を受け付ける、という流れが定着してきた。 紛争審の指針は、裁判をしなくても補償されることが明らかな被害を列挙したものであり、しかも最低限の目安だ。しかし、東電は、指針を補償の「天井」の ように扱い、それ以上の支払いを容易に認めない。のみならず、指針に書かれていない基準を勝手に決めて補償範囲を限定しようとしたり、指針に明示された補 償を策送りしようとした。 (中略) 以上、除本理史「原発避難者に迫る補償打ち切り」(「世界」2012年10月号)に拠る。 このブログの全文は【原発】補償打ち切り ~経産省と東電による方向づけ~
